Detroit Engineered Products Wraps Up Successful 2W/3W Industry Conclave Across India
Detroit Engineered Products (DEP), the company behind the MeshWorks CAE platform, recently concluded its 2W/3W Industry Conclave in three major Indian cities: Pune, Bangalore, and Chennai. Themed “Elevating Efficiency & Performance in 2W/3W Design and Development using AI/ML-enabled CAE Technologies,” the conclave brought together industry experts to discuss how advanced technologies can improve the design and development of two-wheeler and three-wheeler vehicles.
DEP’s MeshWorks software offers a suite of tools designed to streamline the design process. By integrating AI and machine learning, MeshWorks allows for faster design iterations and optimizations, reducing the need for physical prototypes. “Utilizing advanced morphing and ConceptWorks within MeshWorks, we can create two- and three-wheeler designs without traditional CAD software,” said Vidya Shankar, Vice President of DEP. “This not only speeds up the design process but also reduces reliance on designers at every stage.” The conclave aimed to foster collaboration within the industry to create a more efficient, sustainable, and user-friendly transportation sector.
