DEP Accelerates Innovation as Silver Sponsor at SAE BAJA 2024: MeshWorks Driving Excellence in Vehicle Design and Racing

DEP proudly takes on the role of a silver sponsor at the SAE BAJA, a thrilling racing event scheduled to take place from January 9th to 15th, 2024, at NATRAX HUB in Madhya Pradesh. Leveraging DEP’s innovative platform, MeshWorks, participants will have the opportunity to seamlessly design, construct, and race their vehicles.

BAJA SAEINDIA has consistently aimed to cultivate a deep understanding among enthusiastic minds, guiding them into the industrial realm. The overarching goal is to empower undergraduates, broadening their perspectives through technical and practical approaches. Teams participating in BAJA SAEINDIA will embark on the creation of a simple yet robust all-terrain vehicle for recreational purposes, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and ergonomic functionality in real-world conditions. The evaluation process for this year’s BAJA SAEINDIA unfolds in three stages: a Virtual Baja preliminary round where students showcase their model designs, a virtual dynamic event featuring their finalized virtual models, and finally, a physical event with on-track buggy performance evaluations.
